About the Hopkins Dance Company
Located in the heart of downtown Hopkins, HDC is a fully diversified, classically inspired dance studio with a 35-year history of excellence in training and performance opportunities for youth. We emphasize a strong foundation in dance technique for dancers at all levels. We are home to the Hopkins Youth Ballet, which is funded by the nonprofit Leslie Daly Memorial Fund. Whether your goal is to enjoy a fun extracurricular activity, or to someday perform at the college or professional level, HDC is right for you. Our instructors are current and former professional dancers, with a wide range of expertise.

There is more to dance than competitions and awards. Dance is an expression of oneself. It is an art that requires discipline and hard work, but most of all, passion. We value a safe and supportive environment for our dancers to learn and grow. Our small teacher-to-student ratio allows our instructors to provide excellent technical training.
